Hmph

I knew I said I would not do it, but I am. Yesterday I went into work to only discover in a company email that the place in which I am currently employed is being sold to a gargantuan company. Well the process is underway and should be decided soon. According to the co. all looks hopeful. This of course raises the spectre of reorganization, lay offs, and other glorious unemployment possibilities. The fact that I received a complaint about a rather honest mistake from a gentlemen, have not been able to reach quota, and am behind this week now has me shaking in my proverbial boots. It's not as if I can just go to another co. in town and work for them. Such competition no longer exists.
